VeGardi is a multi-brand marketplace. We are offering various products from different brands based in different countries. For this reason, you return your item directly to the brand supplier, not to VeGardi.

We are confident that you will love your purchase from our online store, however, in case the customer is unsatisfied with the product (if returns are applicable) or the product shipped is different from the one that the customer ordered or when the items are damaged, the customer can inform us within 14 days after delivery and can return the product within 14 days after our confirmation. We will provide the customer with the correct information on how to return the product.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging we mean that the product isn't used and with proof of purchase + order number.
  • We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
  • All customers must contact for approval before sending or returning any item to us.

We may refund you in the following circumstances:

  1. If there is duplicate payment and it was due to technical glitch, or any other error;

If the supplier provides free returns, a Free Post sticker or code will be included in the packaging.

If the supplier does not provide free returns, you are responsible for packaging the item and posting it back at your own cost. In this instance, we recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage.

Any exception to this is going to be explicitly stated in the description of each product.

You are responsible for any item being returned until it arrives back at its supplier.


We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.


The complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
